One day Anni was twirling and singing one of her original compositions.
"It's my gift!" she declared.
Dizzy, she fell with spectacular gracelessness.
Laying on her back on the tile floor she began flapping her arms and legs
as if she were making a snow angel.
"Falling down is also a gift!" says she.

Annika is such a beautiful child. Both of your girls are.

My heart aches for Annika, and all she has to deal with.

The picture of Anni in her Christmas cape is wonderful - tell her she looks like a film star in it (it's true, though even more her eyes than her cape).
It makes me sad and happy at the same time.

All you have to go thru. I realize that it isn't your choice and that you do what you must, but I'm still in awe of how you all handle it.

Your girls are so fortunate to have parents like you two. XXOO

I'm over from Phantom Scribbler's, have been reading your site off and on all day, and am also smiling through tears.

What an incredible, amazing child you have. And what a parenting and writing gift you have, too. I'm thinking of all of you and sending wishes and hopes.

I love the Christmas photo! The hot pink with the leopard print is so very in.

Nothing beats a gap-toothed smile...on a child that is.

And the hair one is great. Kajsa's hair has often looked that way. It's good to see it on someone else for a change.

Best wishes that your life is close to normal right now and that Anni's bleeding is controlable, so that the worries about the future every now and then fade.
And hope you are all at home right now.

Have read the news about your insurance-worries on "moreena.blogspot.com/atom.xml", but can't find them on your usual page.
Is it possible that your page isn't working correctly right now?
Thinking of you all!
